Coming from three generations of family Realtors, Natalie began persuing her real estate career in 2005 registering with the Ontario Real Estate College while attending Widdifield Secondary School in North Bay, Ontario, where she proceeded to graduate with honours in both Business and English while majoring in Nipissing University Visual Arts, becoming a member of the National Poetry Society and studying French and Spanish.

By the age of 19, Natalie obtained her real estate licence by successfully completing the required courses that granted her approval to join the Canadian Real Estate Association, the Real Estate Council of Ontario and joining her family owned and operated real estate brokerage;
  • Phase 1 - Land Structures and Real Estate Trading
  • Phase 2 - The Real Estate Transaction
  • Course 3 - Advanced Residential Real Estate Transaction
  • Course 3 - The Commercial Real Estate Transaction

During this time, she also worked as the Executive Assistant at the North Bay Real Estate Board, learning the fundamental grounds of the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act 2002 (REBBA 2002) mandatory guidelines and Code of Ethics from the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). She also sat in the following courses to not only better assist her clients and provide accurate responses to Q&A, but to work diligently with fellow Realtors and conduct her business respectfully;
  • Top Consumer Complaints
  • The Competition Act
  • Advertising Guidleines 1 & 2
  • Boomers and their parents
  • Sharpening Communication Skills
  • Commercial Agency
  • Do Not Call Registry
  • City Planning Course
  • Emerge Conference
  • Water Potability and Sewage Systems

In the years to follow, Natalie continued her Real Estate education by completing Real Property Law and Principles of Appraisal, all while being mentored by her mother, a Broker of Record and an instructor for the Ontario Real Estate Association, along with training from Richard Robins and Chris Leader of Leader's Edge Real Estate Training. She joined the North Bay Chamber of Commerce and remained the youngest Real Estate Sales Person on her board until moving to Ottawa in 2014.

In 2016, Natalie succesfully completed Principles of Property Management and the Real Estate Brokers course and took over her family owned brokerage until late 2018. She is now a proud member to Coldwell Banker Heritage Way Realty in Carleton Place.

In past years, Natalie studied Criminal Law, Psychology, Social Welfare and Advanced English at Nipissing University and was a former Algonquin College student to Business Accounting and Business Administration. She has also been self-taught in Real Estate Bookkeeping and Accounting with diverse knowledge between the primary real estate trades and accounting programs.

Natalie is an animal lover, enjoys visual arts, knitting, cooking and is an avid automotive hobbiest. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and going on road trips.
